jcsav, I ask you and others questions about what has been said. I want to know the Biblical basis. We all should be willing to learn, even teachers and preachers. "Train up a child in the way he should go, Even when he is old he will not depart from it" (Pro 22:6). This verse means that we must train the child according to their bents and it is not a cookie cutter method. Since I teach - if the student does not understand, it is my fault. I must commuincate, so they do. They should not have make the adjustments. Searcher PS Back to a previous discussion ... James 2:19 says "You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder" ... so it is possible to believe and not be saved. The demons stop short in belief in the Lord Jesus to be saves (Acts 16:31). |

Very good! But our ablility to learn Scripture also comes from the way we hold the Truth that we do have. Everyone who comes to God is taught of God. If you get hung up on one point of Scripture, it can prevent your growth. The Scripture you used in PS is very good! | ||||||
