Luke 9:54 When a Samaritan village refused to receive Jesus,James and John said,"Lord do u want us to call a fire down from heaven to destroy them?".Jesus rebuked them. But, in Mathew 10:14-15 Jesus says that if a town does not welcome you, leave that place and shake the dust off ur feet. "I assure u,that on Judgement day,God will show more mercy to the people of Sodom and Gomorrah than to the people of that town." A God who says"bless those who curse you and pray for those who ill treat you",I thought he would ask his disciples to pray for that town. why do u think he said so? views on this plzz |
