1 | Connection between Daniel 9:11 and US? | Dan 9:11 | Morant61 | 123306
Greetings Gaki! The curses of the Law are spelled out in Deut. 28:15-68. The United States would not be in view because the passage is addressed specifically to Israel. Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |

2 | Connection between Daniel 9:11 and US? | Dan 9:11 | Daboniel | 123309
But do keep in mind: Rom 2:14 For when Gentiles who do not have the Law do instinctively the things of the Law, these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves, Rom 2:15 in that they show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness and their thoughts alternately accusing or else defending them, and: Rom 3:19 Now we know that whatever the Law says, it speaks to those who are under the Law, so that every mouth may be closed and all the world may become accountable to God; I think ever since man fell and his eyes were opened and he knew good and evil, he has been under law. 3 | Connection between Daniel 9:11 and US? | Dan 9:11 | Morant61 | 123311
Greetings Dab! I understand your point. We are all under the penalty of the law apart from Christ. However, Dan. 9:11 deals with very specific curses associated with Israel violating their covenant with God. In a general sense, one could argue that all are 'cursed' when they violate God's Law, but I would say that Dan. 9 refers to the specific terms of Israel's covenant.
