61 | Difference From This To I Pet. 2:13, 14? | Rom 13:1 | Vintage68 | 216395
Hi again Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Let every soul, Inasmuch as he so carefully handles this subject in connection with what forms the Christian life, it appears that he was constrained to do so by some great necessity which existed especially in that age, though the preaching of the gospel at all times renders this necessary. There are indeed always some tumultuous spirits who believe that the kingdom of Christ cannot be sufficiently elevated, unless all earthly powers be abolished, and that they cannot enjoy the liberty given by him, except they shake off every yoke of human subjection. This error, however, possessed the minds of the Jews above all others; for it seemed to them disgraceful that the offspring of Abraham, whose kingdom flourished before the Redeemer’s coming, should now, after his appearance, continue in submission to another power. There was also another thing which alienated the Jews no less than the Gentiles from their rulers, because they all not only hated piety, but also persecuted religion with the most hostile feelings. Hence it seemed unreasonable to acknowledge them for legitimate princes and rulers, who were attempting to take away the kingdom from Christ, the only Lord of heaven and earth. By these reasons, as it is probable, Paul was induced to establish, with greater care than usual, the authority of magistrates, and first he lays down a general precept, which briefly includes what he afterwards says: secondly, he subjoins an exposition and a proof of his precept. He calls them the higher powers, not the supreme, who possess the chief authority, but such as excel other men. Magistrates are then thus called with regard to their subjects, and not as compared with each other. And it seems indeed to me, that the Apostle intended by this word to take away the frivolous curiosity of men, who are wont often to inquire by what right they who rule have obtained their authority; but it ought to be enough for us, that they do rule; for they have not ascended by their own power into this high station, but have been placed there by the Lord’s hand. And by mentioning every soul, he removes every exception, lest any one should claim an immunity from the common duty of obedience. For there is no power, etc. The reason why we ought to be subject to magistrates is, because they are constituted by God’s ordination. For since it pleases God thus to govern the world, he who attempts to invert the order of God, and thus to resist God himself, despises his power; since to despise the providence of him who is the founder of civil power, is to carry on war with him. Understand further, that powers are from God, not as pestilence, and famine, and wars, and other visitations for sin, are said to be from him; but because he has appointed them for the legitimate and just government of the world. For though tyrannies and unjust exercise of power, as they are full of disorder, are not an ordained government; yet the right of government is ordained by God for the well being of mankind. As it is lawful to repel wars and to seek remedies for other evils, hence the Apostle commands us willingly and cheerfully to respect and honor the right and authority of magistrates, as useful to men: for the punishment which God inflicts on men for their sins, we cannot properly call ordinations, but they are the means which he designedly appoints for the preservation of legitimate order. ..... John Calvin All power (authority) is from God, the abuse of power is from what is evil in men, this is probably the reason why Paul does not set limits to the obedience required, we are to honor the position held, not necessarily the man holding it. 62 | Perseverance and the word given here? | Rom 15:5 | Vintage68 | 216396
Hi brothersmith A prayer for the fulfillment of this attitude in the Romans. Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Now may the God: The fact that Paul puts these words into the form of a prayer demonstrates that he recognizes that this is a work that the Holy Spirit must do inside us. The God of patience: Our God is a God of patience. We are often in so much of a hurry, and God often seems to work too slowly for us. Often the purposes of God seem to be delayed but they always are fulfilled. God's delays are not His denials, and He has a loving purpose in every delay. We love God's patience with His people we need Him to be patient with us! Yet we often resent God's patience with His plan we think He should hurry up. Nevertheless, God is patient both with His people and in His plan. That you may: The goal is to glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. We accomplish that goal by having one mind and one mouth - by unity in our thinking and speech.....David Guzik Here are some synonyms, - - continuance, dedication, determination, endurance Vintage68 |

Hi brothersmith This message is not unique to this book. The same basic message was preached, to the other churches as well. From God through the indwelling of the Holy Ghost, we gain the gifts spoken of, as God is longsuffering towards us, we are also to be clothed in them towards the brethren. Romans 2:4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Ephesians 4:2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Colossians 1:11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; Colossians 3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; Vintage68 |

64 | Chosen one | 1 Cor 6:19 | Vintage68 | 215311
Hi chosen Anything anyone could say to you on this question, is speculation because there is not any scripture on it except the one you have quoted. So lets go back to that. I believe in order for Christians to understand things of this sort today, in some cases we should look at what the Jews had to say on the matter. There is no New Testament teaching on this question, but there is Rabbinic Law. Maybe we should look at this type of thing not so much in the letter of the law, as we should in the spirit of the law. Aren't we still created in the image of God? The prohibition of tattooing is found in the Torah: "You shall not make gashes in your flesh for the dead, or make any tattoo marks on your skin : I am the Lord" (Leviticus 19:28). In our day and age, the prohibition against all forms of tattooing regardless of their intent, should be maintained. In addition to the fact that Judaism has a long history of distaste for tattoos, tattooing becomes even more blatant in a contemporary secular society that is constantly challenging the Jewish concept that we are created b'tzelem Elokim (in the image of God) and that our bodies are to be viewed as a precious gift on loan from God, entrusted into our care and are not our personal property to do with as we choose. Voluntary tattooing even if not done for idolatrous purposes expresses a negation of this fundamental Jewish precept. The prohibition against tattoos applies only to permanent marks to the skin. It is the permanent nature of the tattoo that causes this transgression. We should keep in mind the concept that we are created b'tzelem Elokim and the implications of that concept. As we are called upon to incorporate this understanding into all of our decisions about daily life. Maimonides, a leading 12th century scholar of Jewish law and thought believed. Since it was common practice for ancient pagan worshippers to tattoo themselves with religious iconography and names of gods, Judaism prohibited tattoos entirely in order to disassociate from other religions. ....... 65 | Local Church ministry | 1 Cor 9:22 | Vintage68 | 215227
Maybe the answer isn't trying to find a scripture, to validate this ministry, (outreach). But there are some logical questions to be asked. 1.) If you went out and stood on the street corner, would people come to where you were, to hear your testimony, (witness) about God, Jesus? The people of the world do not want to hear this message. I would assume it would be even more so in your culture. (In the U.S. we have a tradition of Christianity) 2.) Then the next question would be, what would then make your Church think, the youth will come to a place where they know before hand, the message of salvation, is what they will more than likely be hearing? They might as well be going to a Church. So when you think about it, your Church already has a building for preaching the Gospel doesn't it? Let me relate a true story to you. When I first got saved, there was a church that opened a Christian Coffee House, in an area where there were a lot of young people to be ministered to, this was in the 60,s. These young people, would only come there to meet each other, they didn't want to be preached at, they weren't buying anything. It then started to cost the Church money to run the place, instead of the ministry being self sustaining. So after awhile word got out, and the only people that were coming to the place, were young Christians, and the ministry then became nothing more than a business, a true Christian coffee house. I believe our example is that of Paul, he walked into cities, began speaking in the streets. Acts 17:23 At the beginning of his ministry, he would go to the synagogue, but God revealed to him, his ministry was to the Gentile. Vintage68 |

66 | speaking in tounges | 1 Cor 12:30 | Vintage68 | 215038
Hi walkforchrist The answer to your question is "no" you do not have to speak in tongues in order to have the Holy Ghost, because you receive the Holy Ghost upon your conversion. In other words, you get the Holy Ghost when you get saved. As a note if you would like to take a look in the KJV. You will see the use of (the Holy Ghost) 89 times. I hope the following will suffice in clarifying some of your beliefs, and at the same time adding to your knowledge, we are told by Paul to seek a lot more than just speaking in tongues. I have added the brackets for greater clarification. 1 Corinthians 14 1.) Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, (but rather that ye may prophesy.) 2.) (For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men,) (but unto God:) (for no man understandeth him;) (howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.) 3.) (But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification,) (and exhortation, and comfort.) 4.) (He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself;) (but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.) 5.) (I would that ye all spake with tongues) ( but rather that ye prophesied:) (for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues,) (except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.) Now the question would be, why are the Pentacostal Churches the only ones advocating the use of tongues for the believer, if this is not supported in scripture? But as you can see, we have been clearly told by Paul, that it is for our edification that we (should speak in unknown tongues). Then for the edification of the church, if (we would prophesy, or interpret the tongues spoken) in the church. Now as far as misuses within the church setting, yes there are, but that confusion comes from MAN, not GOD. Man has from the beginning, corrupted everything God has ever given to Man. Whenever you are told by someone that this, or that is to be believed, question it. Ask for verification, just as you have done with the question you have asked today. Hope this helps. Vintage68 |

71 | what does the bible say about widows? | James | Vintage68 | 217599
Hi rocket007 These are the scriptures I think might pertain to your question, go to the ones that seem to fit, and read more. OLD TEST. Exodus 22:22 22 Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child. Deuteronomy 10:18 18 He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment. Deuteronomy 27:19 19 Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen. Psalm 68:5 5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. Psalm 146:9 9 The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down. Proverbs 15:25 25 The LORD will destroy the house of the proud: but he will establish the border of the widow. Isaiah 1:17 17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow. Zechariah 7:10 10 And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart. Malachi 3:5 5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts. NEW TEST. 1 Timothy 5:3-5, 9, 11, 16 3 Honour widows that are widows indeed. 4 But if any widow have children or nephews, let them learn first to shew piety at home, and to requite their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God. 5 Now she that is a widow indeed, and desolate, trusteth in God, and continueth in supplications and prayers night and day. 9 Let not a widow be taken into the number under threescore years old, having been the wife of one man. 11 But the younger widows refuse: for when they have begun to wax wanton against Christ, they will marry; 16 If any man or woman that believeth have widows, let them relieve them, and let not the church be charged; that it may relieve them that are widows indee James 1:27 27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. 74 | i need the explanation on 1 peter 4:12 | 1 Pet 4:13 | Vintage68 | 214532
Hi tricia1 Rom.8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 2 Cor.1:5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ. 2 Cor.1:7 And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation. Phil.3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; Heb.2:10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. 1 Pet.4:13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. Matt.21:42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? Mark 8:31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again. Matt.5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Matt.5:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Matt.5:12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Matt.5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Matt.23:34 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: Luke 21:12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. John 15:20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. Gal.4:29 But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now. So your answer is 1Pet.4:12,13,14 12.) Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: 13.) But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. 14.) If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. Vintage68 |

75 | can Satan plant thoughts into our minds? | 1 Pet 5:8 | Vintage68 | 214341
Hi heseeshisson From your question, there are two different ways to answer it. 1.) As it would relate to all humans (mankind) (unsaved). To say that Satan can do the things you ask about, it doesn't specifically say in the Bible. But there are things it does say, so we are able to get a more clear picture, of the full extent of the activities of Satan. In Gen.3 "the temptation of Eve". Satan didn't actually (implant) the thoughts that drove Eve to eating the fruit, but he was most certainly responsible for them. From the narrative, Satan can speak to us, albeit in our hearts, minds. This means he has the ability to influence our thoughts. Just by the act of asking Eve a question, he influenced her to question what God had said. So "NO" he doesn't implant thoughts, he doesn't have to. All he has to do, is lie to us, showing us the options we have, by exerting our free will, exciting our baser nature, making things appear very appealing, seducing, drawing us by our fleshly desires (Temptation). Looking at 2 Tim. 2:26 you will see that we as humans can be "taken captive by him at his will". 2.) Then there is the question of how does Satan influence Christians? The answer to that would be found in 1 Pet. 5:8-10. It says that Satan is a as a lion to all mankind, he will never leave us alone, as long as we are here on the earth. But we, because we are saved, can acquire the knowledge to resist him being sober, vigilant, and steadfast in the faith. Peter then tells us that after we have "suffered a while, God will make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you" The following is a list of places that Satan is spoken about, thereby giving you more of a picture of his activities. Easton's Bible Dictionary Adversary; accuser. When used as a proper name, the Hebrew word so rendered has the article "the adversary" (Job 1:6-12; 2:1-7). In the New Testament it is used as interchangeable with the devil, and is so used more than thirty times. Following are other names for Satan: "the adversary" (Job 1:6-12; 2:1-7). "the accuser" of the brethern" (Revelation 12:10); "the dragon," "the old serpent" (Revelation 12:9; 20:2); " the devil" (Hebrews 2:14). "the prince of this world" (John 12:31; 14:30); "the prince of the power of the air" (Ephesians 2:2); "the god of this world" (2 Corinthians 4:4); "the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience" (Ephesians 2:2). "Beelzebub, the prince of the devils" (12:24). He is a "roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8). Men are said to be "taken captive by him" (2 Timothy 2:26). Christians are warned against his "devices" (2 Corinthians 2:11), and called on to "resist" him (James 4:7). He tempted our Lord in the wilderness (Matthew 4:1-11). The distinct personality of Satan and his activity among men are thus obviously recognized. He is "the constant enemy of God, of Christ, of the divine kingdom, of the followers of Christ, and of all truth; full of falsehood and all malice, and exciting and seducing to evil in every possible way." His power is very great in the world. Christ redeems his people from "him that had the power of death." Satan has the "power of death," not as lord, but simply as executioner. Noah Webster's New International Dictionary of the English Language The grand adversary of man; the Devil, or Prince of darkness; the chief of the fallen angels; the archfiend. Vintage68 |

76 | abide | 1 John 2:3 | Vintage68 | 216914
Hi Asis you ask If I have this right then God is the one who placed me in Christ and if I remain or stay in Him (by choice) I should walk as He walked. According to the Gospels He walked uprightly following the LORD's commands all His commands. Neither turning to the right or the left. It seems to me that this is how we should walk to walk as He walked. Does that make any sense? Jesus tells them to walk in righteousness. That is only done by the keeping of the law, Jesus is the only person ever to have kept the law, thus fulfilling it. When we accept Jesus as our savior, we then walk in Jesus, His righteousness passes on to us. We stand in Jesus, we stand in the righteousness of Christ. That is for us, the keeping of the law. Jesus said the law shall not pass away. Matt. 5:16-20 16.) Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. 17.) Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18.) For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19.) Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20.) For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. In our keeping of what Jesus called the 1st. and the 2nd. commandments, we "WILL" keep the whole law. Mark 12:28-31 28.) And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all? 29.) And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: 30.) And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31.) And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. This is just for clarification within the thread. When Jesus says in Mark 18:31.) And the (SECOND) is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. It is understood that this commandment is not spoken within the Tables of the 10 commandments. It is listed in the book of Leviticus under the heading of sundry laws. Leviticus 19:18 18.) Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD. In conclusion, Jesus says, in the keeping of these 2 commandments, you will "NOT" break any of the other commandments, thereby fulfilling the law. In essence we are dead to the law, the law has no more hold on us, as long as we walk in the Spirit. Romans 8:4 4.) That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 1 Corinthians 15:21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 1 Corinthians 15:56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. "Walking in the Spirit "IS" Abiding in Jesus", thereby walking as He walked Vintage68 |

77 | Actual bodies in heaven? | 1 John 3:2 | Vintage68 | 213939
hi live4jc316 Let's look at what scripture has to say on the matter. Brackets have been added for emphasis Romans 8:29 For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to (become conformed to the image of His Son,) so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; 1 John 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be We know that when He appears, (we will be like Him,) because we will see Him just as He is. 1 Corinthians 15:34-58 34 Become sober-minded as you ought, and stop sinning; for some have no knowledge of God I speak this to your shame. 35 But someone will say, ("How are the dead raised?) (And with what kind of body do they come?") 36 You fool! (That which you sow does not come to life unless it dies;) 37 and that which you sow, (you do not sow the body which is to be,) but a bare grain, perhaps of wheat or of something else. 38 (But God gives it a body just as He wished,) (and to each of the seeds a body of its own.) 39 All flesh is not the same flesh, but there is one flesh of men, and another flesh of beasts, and another flesh of birds, and another of fish. 40 There are also heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, (but the glory of the heavenly is one, and the glory of the earthly is another.) 41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for star differs from star in glory. 42 So also is the resurrection of the dead (It is sown a perishable body,) (it is raised an imperishable body;) 43 (it is sown in dishonor,) (it is raised in glory;) (it is sown in weakness,) (it is raised in power;) 44 (it is sown a natural body,) (it is raised a spiritual body.) (IF THERE IS A NATURAL BODY,) (THERE IS ALSO A SPIRITUAL BODY.) 45 So also it is written, "The first MAN, Adam, BECAME A LIVING SOUL " The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. 46 However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural; (then the spiritual.) 47 The first man is from the earth, earthy; (the second man is from heaven.) 48 As is the earthy, so also are those who are earthy; (and as is the heavenly, so also are those who are heavenly.) 49 Just as we have borne the image of the earthy, (we will also bear the image of the heavenly.) 50 Now I say this, brethren, (that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God;) (nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.) 51 Behold, I tell you a mystery; we will not all sleep, (but we will all be changed,) 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, (and we will be changed.) 53 (For this perishable must put on the imperishable,) and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 (But when this perishable will have put on the imperishable,) and this mortal will have put on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written, "DEATH IS SWALLOWED UP in victory. 55 "O DEATH, WHERE IS YOUR VICTORY? O DEATH, WHERE IS YOUR STING?" 56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law; 57 but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord. Now having heard scripture, we know anything else is speculation. If God wanted us to know what it would be like he would have told us. Gods Love Vintage68 |

78 | no red letters in Revelation, why? | Rev 1:8 | Vintage68 | 215470
The term red letter edition is used to describe Bibles in which words spoken by Jesus, commonly only while he was on the Earth, are printed in red ink. The red letter edition was invented by Louis Klopsch, then editor of The Christian Herald magazine in 1899, and first published in 1900. This style of Bible instantly became popular, and is sometimes favored by Christians in the United States. Especially in King James Bibles, this format can be useful as quotation marks are not used. The idea of printing the words of Jesus in red originates in Luke 22:20, which says: This cup is the new testament in my blood, which I shed for you. This inspired Klopsch to ask his mentor what he thought of printing the words spoken by Jesus in red, to which he replied, "It could do no harm and it most certainly could do much good." - - - - - Wikipedia |

79 | For what does the woman or harlot stand? | Rev 17:1 | Vintage68 | 214864
Hi Pattycake I personally have come to the conclusion, that the Whore, Mystery Babylon, the Woman, are all Israel, with Jerusalem as the Capitol. In the book of Revelation,17:3-9 it says that the seven mountains, are seven heads, not literal mountains. That kind of disqualifies Rome in any way. Vintage68 |

80 | will we be known in heaven? | Rev 21:4 | Vintage68 | 214052
hi catfish3 I heard a preacher one Sunday, in response to this very question. His answer was. Just think about it for a moment, we are told in scripture Revelation 21:4 God shall wipe away all tears, neither shall there be any more pain, neither sorrow, nor crying. Therefore if this is what it will be like for us in heaven, then answer the question for yourselves. If Mom, Dad, and baby Rose are not to be found, what will you be feeling? in Love Vintage68 |
