Bible Question (short): 1 Samuel 8 Give us a King,Samuel loved |
Question (full): 1 Samuel 8 Reading and trying to understand.. The Israelites key wording that really showed their viewpoint to me was Verse 4-5 Give us a King"look you are old and your sons do not walk in your wys. Now make us a king to judge us like other nations. They were looking for another to wordship not our Lord. They thought that would help them. How wrong they were. Samuel as an old man showed true character, trust in God, and adaptability to new circumstances, Samuel was one of the most Godky men in the Bible, he knew that there is'only one King,he loved our Lord so much.
