Bible Question:
what was jesus's occupation |
Bible Answer: Certainly from his youth until his ministry started, Jesus was a carpenter as was his earthly father, Joseph. He also learned and studied God's Word exhaustively from childhood on. When he began his ministry he taught God's Word. So, yes he was a rabbi (a teacher, chief, master a title of honor in the Judean schools)and even a rabboni(great master, a title of the highest distinction in the Judean schools) |
