Subject: Does Satan Really Exist? |
Bible Note: Hello Dr. B. As you have suggested, “If this is all that I have achieved, it is enough, but it is also important to witness to the truth we have found.” What truth have you found with regards to the person of Jesus Christ, with the following in mind? John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Jesus said that he is “the truth”. The “I am”, or the verb structure of that verse, in the Koine Greek of the original language, is in the indicative mood, present tense, active voice, 1st person singular of EIME. The indicative mood indicates a reality, the present tense means it is still working as we speak, and the active voice means the Jesus himself is producing the action of the verb, the truth. What truth about Jesus have you personally experienced in your lengthy time of studying the Bible? You have shared your comments about Satan how about sharing with us what you have found out about Christ, who is the main character of Revelation. Rev. 1:1 (A) The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, Rev. 22:20-21 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. [21] The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. Have a great day, CDBJ |
