Bible Question: Where in the Bible does it say one must not eat meat on Fridays during Passover. |
Bible Answer: Hi KellA and welcome to the forum, Maybe you have got not eating meat on certain days mixed up with some kind of non biblical religious activity. In the Old Testament they were actually commanded to eat the meat of the lamb to celebrate the Passover. The New Testament warns us of these conditions. Col. 2:16-17 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. 2 Tim. 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: I hope you enjoy the forum, CDBJ |
