Bible Question: how does the Holy Spirit differ form the old testament to the new testament? Does He differ at all? |
Bible Answer: mouse - One way of answering your question is to ask, Who is the Holy Spirit? Who is the Father? Who is Jesus Christ? Are they not all God -- God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit? Hebrews 13:8 speaks of Jesus Christ as being the same yesterday, today, and forever. If God the Son is immutable, it cannot be otherwise but that God the Father and God the Holy Spirit also have the same attribute of immutability. Man's concept of the Holy Spirit may change, but man's concept does not change the Holy Spirit. --Hank |
