Subject: beloved and shepherd in S of S |
Bible Note: I understand that the words in the brackets are not from the original text; however, I want to know why the word shepherd clarifies the word beloved. As it is written in the amplified version, the king and the beloved could be two entirely different people. That is what I'm trying to clarify. |
