Bible Question: what is a Collegiality, Yahweh, Pharisee |
Bible Answer: Collegiality refers to working together as a group. It is commonly used in Catholic circles to describe the interactions between Bishops with one another and as a group with the Pope. Cardinals in the Catholic Church, when referred to as a group are called The College of Cardinals. In secular terms people may refer to co-workers of equal status as colleagues. Colleges in the old English universities were groups within the University who lived, ate and studied together depending upon their course of studies. |
