Bible Question: In the OT, the Isrealites paid tithe, firstfruit, and gave offerings. Firstfruit was to God out of reverence, tithe was the inheritance of the Levites, and the five offerings each had their own significance. If Malachai sums up the work of the tithe, then what specifically is the work of offerings under the new covenant? |
