Subject: Does any body knows the 12 names of God |
Bible Note: Sisterkath: You say, "Maybe you can explain to me how you came about the Trinity." Let's first engage in an exercise in arithmetic, using Matthew 3:16,17: "And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven saying, This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased."... Now, Sisterkath, how many persons are there in the Trinity? Three? Right. How many persons are mentioned in this passage? Three? Right again.... Now, since it was you who was the first to bring up the subject, since it was you who asserted you didn't believe in the Trinity, suppose you explain how you came about NOT believing in the biblical doctrine of the Triunity of God. Your position is one that for centuries the church has viewed as heresy. --Hank |
