Bible Question: In Isaiah 6:1 (KJV) says "His train filled the temple" It was a battle custom to sow a piece of cloth to the "Train or hem of the kings rob" for the sign of victory. Can anyone prove it with historical facts? i know its out there, but i cant find anything on it. Im looking for any info on that idea. Thx |
Bible Answer: Scripture ... 1 Samuel 24:4-11 ... kayotte, greetings and welcome to the forum. Not only is there no Biblical support for this, as EdB said ... I couldn't find this in the secular world either. Where did you get this idea? Moreover, when David cut off part of Saul's robe (they were in battle), David felt remorse. It may have started to show a sign of victory. But, it ended up being the opposite. Searcher |
