Subject: Did Jesus get His flesh from Mary? |
Bible Note: DocB That is true that Christ was the word in John 1:1, as a matter of fact if you continue reading that chapter until verse 14 it was stated: Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. The Word was made "flesh" and dwelt among us. He had "flesh" because God made the "Word" "flesh" born of Mary. Quote"and that He is the true Bread...the Bread of Life. (John 6:32) says "bread from Heaven. it repeats in v" He is really a true bread from heaven, and we eat that bread through our faith. That bread from heaven was crussified and His blood shed to save us It is nothing with the argument of Him being without the "flesh" As we all know that when they took the last supper it was the literal bread he took and gave to His desciples as a symbol of his body, and the wine as a symbol of His blood Joh 6:32 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. About I said "gambling" forget it, what I tried to say is there were always good appraoch if you try to have discussions. God bless, |
