Bible Question: Sometimes I talk to people and they say that they don't believe in the Bible. What do I say to them? I can't answer them with a bible verse, because they don't believe in that! Any suggestions? |
Bible Answer: Greetings SalvoPete and welcome to the forum! The first thing that you need to do is get them to believe that the bible is real. They will not believe in what it says until they believe that it real. I use many different examples. One I use is the Dead Sea sScrolls. The Scrolls were found in caves near the Dead Sea that were identical to what the bible says now. Another is the bible code. In the bible a Isrealian mathematician has found different events encoded in the bible. For instance, the names of all the WWII leaders (Roosesvelt, Churchhill, and Stalin)have been found encoded in the bible in the same place along with all the major countries (Germany, England, France, Russia, Japan and the United States). The year, 1939, was also found with the above information. The possibility of man writing the bible is mathematically impossible. Many other events have also been found, including 9/11. There are so many other examples. I recommend the book "Signature of God" by Grant Jeffries. It will give you many more examples. Hope this helps. prayon |
