Bible Question: What about other on-line bible colleges or institutes? I too am looking to work toward either a certificate or bachelor's degree. So far, I've explored Briercrest (Canada) and Moody Bible Institute. Can't see a lot of difference except in price. With the exchange rate studying in Canada is a bargain for those of us in the U.S. Anybody with experience at either of the above? Or do you have other alternatives. Thanks. |
Bible Answer: Gould55: These are just my thoughts about on-line line Bible colleges. There are Seminary classes as well. No matter where you go DO NOT TAKE A CLASS UNLESS YOU GET TEANSFERABLE CREDIT! There are some bible schools that you can spend as much for a non acredited education as a fully acredited institution. So cost may, or may not be the true value of a Bible class. Even with carefull planing a person can lose credits when transfering from one college to another. My belief is Biblical education in a good solid Bible believing college, is an investment that will last you into eternity! My Bible education started when I was 38 and with 4 children and a very wonderfully supportive wife, I went to Grand Canyon University, in Phoenix, AZ, and then to Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, KS. My wife went as well and both got our BA and M Div. degrees. That experience lives in us everyday. No one can ever take away what you learned. God bless you as you make this very wonderfull jorney! agape, justme |
