Bible Question: Did John the babtist have any "old testament" presadent to his babtism of repentence? Why don't we practice this form of baptism today in the Christian church? (don't say cause of "one baptism", we all know this refers to salvation baptism, example, we do have baptism of the Holy Spirt) |
Bible Answer: John baptized with water as an outward expression of a person's repentance. We do still do that today when a person is saved. |
