Bible Question:
Jews are still waiting for the Messiah, Muslims say the Messiah didn't suffer and die, Doesn't Isaiah 53 provide the proof both groups need? |
Bible Answer: Dear RealFriend: Yes, Isaiah 53, along with numerous other Old Testament Messianic prophesies. as well as the entire New Testament provide Jews and Muslims with abundant proof that Jesus is the Christ (Messiah). And not to these two groups only, but to all mankind. But all the proof in the world will not suffice unless one's heart and mind are open to believe and accept it. Jesus offered more than ample proof of who He was to the Scribes and Pharisees when He moved among them during His ministry on earth, but few of them believed, few were moved to accept Him for who He was. --Hank |
