Bible Question: recognizing loved ones in heaven |
Bible Answer: In the account of the Tansfiguration in the Gospels the desciples recognized the the great OT leaders Moses and Elijah (Matt.17:4)These men had gone to heaven after their death and still one could recognize them for who they were when they had lived on the earth. The desciples recognized the Lord Jesus after His resurrection from the grave. We remain who we were here on earth in the eternal state but without sin-the process of santification is completed after we die and go to heaven. |
