Subject: Significance of our prayers? |
Bible Note: Dear load, Steve provided some very studious and conscientious answers here! I would only add that our prayer life and daily dwelling upon Scripture are the two 'wings' that give our Spiritual lives 'flight'! We cannot even get off the ground if we are not in God's Word, and we cannot hope to 'catch the wind' if we are not in constant communication (through prayer) with our Lord and Savior! The Bible is filled with prayer and the prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective (James 5:16).. We cannot even fathom exactly what happens in the 'spiritual realm', and little do we know that our prayers have a direct impact on that 'spiritual realm'. I am also a firm believer that whatever happens in the spiritual realm has an effect on what happens around us. So therefore, we must pray! And prayer is very important! Nolan |
