Bible Note: Emmy, If I may interject on a point:-) Read Romans 1 and tell me if that does not answer "Are you saying that one who has not heard the gospel cannot be saved?" Particularly, is the force of verse 19 and 20. If one does not come to a saving knowledge of God through "what may be known of God is evident among them", how would one be saved? ALL are under the condemnation of sin, and ALL are judged guilty before God (vs. 32). There is simply put, no Plan B! There is no partiality with God. Is God unjust who inflicts wrath? Certainly not! For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin. (Rom. 2:11,3:5,6,9) "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus."
