Subject: What about physical attraction? |
Bible Note: just adding to this answer...which is good in and of itself. i'm sure, as you stated, the reasons you married your spouse in the first place were not(and should not have been..)solely due to physical attraction, but for the 'total' person, including a common desire to follow Christ. sometimes we as humans,(as we must with our relationship with God, at times)must return to the source of our first love, and attraction. reminding ourselves of those reasons we fell in love in the beginning, and seek to rekindle the flames of passion in our relationship...go on some 'dates', hold hands, look in each others eyes, make things special again between you and your spouse. lovingly, and caringly, be honest in communicating your feelings with your spouse.'encourage' your spouse to maintain a healthy lifestyle along with you, not only physically, but spiritually, also...hey...i pray this will help you in your situation. keep your focus where it belongs,...on pleasing your Lord and Saviour! God bless you. |
