Subject: The Word Gifted to the People of God |
Bible Note: Actually the point is to teach, but within established theology, not trying to change theology or altering established truths. Scripture gives us that truth and it has been taught for thousands of years not just the last 600. God established His doctrines, His ways, His standards, His precepts, His commands that and that alone is what we are to teach. Not our own brand of theology that manufactures characteristics of God that aren’t seen in scripture. All teaching must be true to scripture not to the theology of a man. No matter how brilliant that man he was not called to establish doctrine contrary to who God is, contrary to God’s standards, precepts or demands. Man can never put words in God’s mouth nor should he try to use his intellect or logic to convolute a loving God. I don’t trail just any man I only trail Jesus who brings light to the darkness. |
