AMPLIFIED 2015 | 1 Peter 3:21 Corresponding to that [rescue through the flood], baptism [which is an expression of a believer's new life in Christ] now saves you, not by removing dirt from the body, but by an appeal to God for a good (clear) conscience, [demonstrating what you believe to be yours] through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, |
Bible Question: Was the flood of Noah's time world-wide or was it just in a restricted area? |
Bible Answer: In the two verses below it was written that God brought flood upon the earth and destroy all flesh which is the breath of life. When God said destroy "all" meaning all, not just in the particular area. If we have believed in Him when bible said world wide we have to believed that it is true otherwise what is it we believed in? Gen 7:17 Then the flood came upon the earth for forty days, and the water increased and lifted up the ark, so that it rose above the earth. Gen 6:17 "Behold, I, even I am bringing the flood of water upon the earth, to destroy all flesh in which is the breath of life, from under heaven; everything that is on the earth shall perish. I believed that the flood is world wide, I believed that God can do it. If we have a scienctific evidence about that flood even science can prove that can possibly happen. But if you really believe in the word of God why seeking for the scientific evidence? Just believe! God bless, Johnny |
