Bible Question:
Joshua 6:1-27 Can someone explain this story? |
Bible Answer: Chosen 1 It may be easier if you stated what you were having a problem with. God wanted the children of Israel to look to Him for their every need, even a victory over their enemies. The first obstacle in the promised land was the city of Jericho. What took place is an is example of God providing the victory for the children of Israel. God asked them to act in faith and when they did He provided them the victory. They didn't have to raise an arm to have the walls of this great city collapse before them. I hope this helps. EdB |
