Subject: Lying justified? |
Bible Note: Hello MJH, Am I understanding your words correctly, "Rahab was considered righteous because she lied." ? This would amount to gross speculation! Scripture says in Heb. 11:31, "By faith Rahab the harlot did not perish along with those who were disobedient, after she had welcomed the spies in peace." It is her faith that justified her, not her lie! Her lie is nowhere even mentioned! Nothing from scripture could support such a notion! Speaking the Truth in Love, BradK |
