Bible Question:
Where does you soul go upon death? Is it in a holding pattern some where? Or does it go to heaven. When we die will me be with our love ones as we were here on earth? |
Bible Answer: Sister Vida, based on James 5:20 if one is a Christian their soul does not die. We know when we die we are present with the Lord (2 Cor 5:6-8), so I believe that my soul with be with Him. My body will be in the ground. Will that be heaven? It could be. But, it will not be the new heaven (Rev 21:1ff). Where ever I go, I'll be with Him. That is all that is important to me. I hope this answered your first question, Searcher |
