Bible Question: A minister told me that all sins are the same to God. That people judge or compare sins to feel better about their own sins.Is this true? Is gluttony the same as murder to God? |
Bible Answer: Dear Alifaye, Welcome to the forum! Our Brother Mark has answered well... and yet, there is, indeed, a Biblical sense in which some sins are greater than others. Jesus said to Pilate, "You would have no authority over me at all unless it had been given you from above. Therefore he who delivered me over to you has the greater sin."
