Bible Question: In my church, the minister often spreads rumors about the people she doesn't like. So most of her followers exclude those people. Because I don't want to be one of them, I am excluded, too. Do I need to leave that church? |
Bible Answer: Recamier, Greetings and welcome to the forum, boy oh boy there are so many issues raised here I scarcely know where to begin.I kind of get the impression that you are a new christian or very young in the faith. I guess the one question I would have right now would be as already been recomended is that you are praying and have you voiced your concerns to the minister and those concerned? God never created any lone rangers where His church is concerned. Fellowship is vital,it's important to our spiritual health.Dont be afraid to speak up,just do it with a godly heart and perspective, and if there is no answer or change forthcomming then as has already been advised you should consider and act on finding a fellowship that teaches, honors and glorifies God and His Word.Trust God to show you where to go He will get you there. In Him, lionheart |
