Bible Note: I know Mephibosheth was the son of Jonathan and that David took care of Mephibosheth, even as he was a cripple because of his feet. I see some parallels here but it's a little difficult to take this comparison much further. For example where's the qualifications for accepting God's/Jesus' gift from His Last Will and Testament? What are all the gifts that we might expect from Jesus' Will? There's no discussion of codicils. Is that not applicable in this topic/discussion? Who was the executor(s)?
