Bible Note: Dear Brother Kalos, That's a good answer by the Got Questions guys... For some reason people think that Christ's inability to sin made it easy on Him. I'd suggest quite the opposite. We never feel the full brunt of temptation. We give in to temptation well before then! Christ experienced temptation to the fullest and most agonizing degree possible. He took the full weight of temptations, and yet without sin. Surely, then, He is well equipped to sympathize with the comparatively tiny, little, baby stuff with which we deal! In Him, Doc |
