AMPLIFIED 2015 | Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating as far as the division of the soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart. |
Subject: The Word excites, your Faith grows! |
Bible Note: all4him: Hello, The scripture there was not intended to "explain" the word of God. It is the Word!! Just read it, confess it out loud. Every word of it is taken from the Bible so I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to say there. I am a firm believer in confessing the word. For instance, when things seem to be going wrong or you're having problems from the enemy and you confess the word out loud: "I submit myself to God and I resist the enemy in the name of Jesus, therefor the Devil must Flee from me because greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world and I can do all things through Christ which strenghteneth me!!" It's like throwing hand grenades in the enemies' camp not to mention it's feeding your spirit and building your faith. Confess the word to praise the Lord. Colossians 2:9-10, Matthew 28:18, 1John 4:16-17 "I am complete in Christ who has the Fullness of the Godhead bodily, who is the head of all principality and power, who has been given all Power in Heaven and Earth, and as he is, so am I in this world". Confess that for a while or any part of the Bible and see if it doesn't excite your Spirit. Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. The Word is indeed powerful Barry |
