AMPLIFIED 2015 | Hebrews 13:17 ¶ Obey your [spiritual] leaders and submit to them [recognizing their authority over you], for they are keeping watch over your souls and continually guarding your spiritual welfare as those who will give an account [of their stewardship of you]. Let them do this with joy and not with grief and groans, for this would be of no benefit to you. |
Subject: IS A RAFFEL TICKET FOR CHARITY GAMBLING? |
Bible Note: Dear Doc The doctrine is correct, the word of God is absolute. I will follow my leaders guidance regarding how it affects the church, but the raffle is already under way in the secular world. I will let it be God's will one way or the other. Most people don't care to give without getting something back. Even in the church, there is not enough love, the church hardly gets in the tithes required. (I am talking about the world-wide church). Most people sit back and say 'shame' to those in need, 'how terrible' but are quite happy to let others like myself do the work. I know that if it is in God's timing He will bless this work or He will not, I'll take my queries and concerns to Him in the future. He will not be so discouraging, He will treat me with love, kindness and gentleness. Thank you for your consideration and input. In the Lamb Masie |
