Bible Question: Helloo Praise Jesus.I would like to ask one question. If a person was addicted, let say to sexual immorality like pornography and he came to be redeemed from that bondage and be free. But later on he came to watch porn again, and therefore be in bondage. Can that person be forgiven by God? according to these verses from Hebrew 6:6 and Hebrew 10:26. Thanks. |
Bible Answer: Hi, Ema... This could be an indication that the person was never saved in the first place (see the Parable of the Soils). In fact, they should start by questioning their salvation. However, if the person was saved, God will bring chastening and scourging to bring His own to repentance. Either way, they should be very afraid! We deal with a Holy God. In Him, Doc |
