Subject: Losing our salvation |
Bible Note: Ecargneb Understand salvation process is nothing short of a miracle, in fact it is the greatest miracle we will ever see. The Bible tells us we have salvation in Christ Jesus as we believe and trust in Him, making him Lord of our lives. The Bible also says no one can remove us from His hand that no one can steal our salvation. In other places the it says if we are saved and continue to sin we can lose our salvation. To me it is clear, to others not. As I read it, it clearly says as long as we trust in Christ Jesus for our salvation it is secure. However once we stop trusting our salvation can be lost. In other words our salvation is based on our relationship with Jesus once we break that relationship we have nothing. Can a truely saved person do this? I don't see why he would want too, but evidently it is possible. EdB |
