Bible Question:
Why go to Church? Why not just be a sincere christian, live each and every moment as if it was your last, spend time with your wife and children on sundays instead of going to Church? May GOD Bless Y'all Drew P.S. only sincere biblical answers preferably many scripture refferances to support answers. This has been a serious issue in my life the last couple weeks.THANKS |
Bible Answer: Drew, As Chrisitans we are all members of the body of Christ. We cannopt cut ourselves off from the rest of the body. I suggest a close reading and meditation on 1 Corinthians 12:12-26 and Hebrews 10:25. That being said, it is possible to spend too much time at church even on a Sunday to the neglect of family matters. Church should not become, as it is for some, an escape from family responabilities.
