Bible Question: Should all christians attend Church? Is Wednesday nights required? Is it a sin not to have a pastor and church membership? Is is okay to just fellowship with individuals outside of the Church organization? |
Bible Answer: Dear ayfoster: Hebrews 10;25 should help clear up some of your questions. So the answer is yep. I f you belong to the Elks club unless you attend the club meetings you are not an Elk member. Get the idea? I believe you miss out for significant growth if you fail to go whenever you are able. The church I attend, Calvary Chapel does not have formal membership. But having been in churches that require membership, and members voting on every issue, I found the Pastor, Elder form of church leadership more in tune to Gods Word. That's my opinion only. Fellowship is very important, and there should be both kinds. I have not seen to many on mature christians out side of the church. There is no lone ranger christians. Hope this helps a little. agape, justme |
