Bible Question:
The writher of the 2nd last book of the bible is in my opinion contrary to the teachings of Paul. He is taking the place of a Judge isnt he? In 1Kor 4:5 I feel that Paul (The only writher who claims to be called to preach the Gospell to the heathens) is saying that we should not do exactly what this writer is doing. And wasnt the New testament "born" 300 after christ and put together by some Roman guys? When paul says that every scripture is inspired by god, he is talking about the Jewish prophets, right? From now on, all im reading is the Old Testament plus what Paul wrote. Now i feel like a judge but Paul is the only one who claims to be called in his letters. Not by men but by God.. or something like that. (i dont read the King James or an English bible) Also do NOT be many teachers amongst you! |
