Bible Question:
Hi BradK, you seemed a little hard on 7777. Your response didn't seem very edifying. would you please explain why you don't believe (Jesus God) Who is the Word of God (John 1:1,14)and baptism make absolutely no sense and is a denominational bias when refering to this topic. Thanks in Christ chris4him |
Bible Answer: chris4him, Greetings and welcome to the forum. Brad wasnt saying Jesus and baptism didnt make any sense. What he did say was that the statement didnt make any sense in relation to the subject line which was regarding the inspiration of the bible. When it comes to things such as the person of Jesus Christ and subjects like baptism the bible is quite clear. The questions we gotta ask ourselves is are we willing to be 2 Timothy 2:15 disciples of Jesus Christ? 2 Timothy 2:15 and 2 Peter 1:20,21 are these scriptures guiding principle when it comes to our study and understanding of God and His Word? Think about it. In Christ, lionheart |
