Bible Question:
Did Paul have three missionary journeys or four? I am confused because by NASB says in the introduction to 2 Timothy the following: Lockmand Foundation, NASB Giant Print Edition, page 1666, paragraph 1 - After Paul's release from prison in Rome in A.D. 62-63 and after his fourth missionary journey, during which he wrote 1 Timothy and Titus, he was again imprisoned in Rome under emporer Nero about A.D. 66-67. I only count three missionary journies in Acts and have heard that it is not true that Paul had four missionary journeys. What is correct and how do we know? tumbleweed, God's Own |
Bible Answer: Hello tumbleweed, Some count the journey to Rome as Paul's fourth missionary journey. That is the difference. Steve |
