Bible Question (short): 1 Timothy 4 vs Romans 8 |
Question (full): There seems to be a contradiction here between 1 Timothy 4 and Romans 8! Romans 8 begins with no condemnation and ends with no separation. The whole chapter seems to support the theory of once saved always saved. However, 1 Timothy 4:1 says, "The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons." How do these two parts of scripture fit together? |
