Bible Question: Does the scriptures in Thessalonians mean that if you die today/tomorrow in christ, that you immediately go with him (to heaven)?..If so, then it makes no sense for the dead in christ to rise |
Bible Answer: keke, Good day to you. Read this verse in context with 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. When we die what we are, that which God gave us goes back to him. When Jesus comes back he will come for those (believers) who are still alive at the time as well as those who have died. It may not make sense to us, but it's God's plan and thier isn't a better one. One of main things we gotta understand through all of this is that God is soverign. As Romans 8:28 says all things work for the good of those who love God. So love God and get ready for the most incredible ride you will ever have. It's gonna be a Doosi. In Him, lionheart |
