Subject: Did Paul write the Laodiceans? |
Bible Note: Tim, this is an excellent post and a definitely a "keeper"! :) This does seem to be Paul's style of writing. One of the most interesting parts I find to this is the idea of "making your greetings sacred". "What's up" isn't very sacred. Should we be saying "What's God doing in your life?" The admonishment to greet with a holy kiss appears in Romans 16:16 , 1 Corinthians 16:20, 2 Corinthians 13:12 , and 1 Thessalonians 5:26. Was the ultimate goal of that to "make your greetings sacred"? Very good post! Nolan |
