Bible Question: Is it selfish to pray for financial prosperity? And does GOD hear and honor these prayers? |
Bible Answer: Greetings Hood Rat! According to Philippians 4:6 and 1 John 5:15, we are to pray for everything that we are anxious for. But remember that we have to ask of God things that are in keeping with the God whom Jesus Christ revealed. God sees things at a different point of view than we do (Isaiah 55:9), so whether or not He hears and honors prayers and why He does or does not do so is a question for Him only to answer. Blessings to you, Makarios |
