What I said was that they had their roots in the Holiness, Wesleyan tradition. Wikipedia asserts, "The Church of the Nazarene, often referred to as the Nazarene Church is an international evangelical Christian denomination that began in the Wesleyan tradition of the 19th century Holiness movement." The www.nazarene.org website says, "The Church of the Nazarene is a Protestant Christian church in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition..."
