Subject: preaching the Gospel? |
Bible Note: Beja, Thanks for replying. My husband says that it is a requirement to preach the gospel, because this is the commandment Jesus left for his disciples. I agree that we should preach the gospel, but he says that Jesus sent his disciples in two's, so that is why his religion goes door to door in two's, and he believes that's how everyone should do it. I don't totally agree with him on that, and think that we can preach the gospel anywhere, it doesn't necessarily have to be door to door. And That's when i feel somewhat discouraged, because I am new to God's word, and he says they are the only one's who are true followers of God because they don't take part in pagan holidays, they preach door to door, and don't believe in the trinity. He talks to me as if he feels bad for me because he thinks I'm lost since I am not part of his religion. I don't argue with him anymore about our different beliefs, I'm trying to win him over with my love. Thanks Julia |
