Bible Question: I know this might seem really odd to be asking and please forgive me if I seem odd, but just 5 weeks ago I lost three important people to me in a fatal car accident. I know God has a set date for all of us to leave this Earth but it's hard to believe he'd take a 2 year old little girl and her 21 year old mom. Much less a 25 year old man with a 3 year old boy. Everyone has told me it wasn't their day but it was.. my qestion is...is there anyway of knowing if they went to Heaven? Is there really such a place? When I die and go to Heaven will I see them? God wouldn't do something like this would he? Any thoghts and answers will be greatly apperciated. Thank you in advance. Any verses I can read will be a big help. God bless you. |
Bible Answer: Think about what Jesus said to the man hanging on the cross beside Him. "Today you will be with me in paradise". Jesus gave him assurance that there was something after death. Something good, a place we would all want to go to, if we had been hanging there. Yes, there is a heaven. Check out your Bible it is all over the place. It is also call "Eternal Life". And many other terms. But only for those who have trusted in Jesus Christ as thier savior. Because He died for our sins to give us eternal life, (heaven). We have an Awesome God... FisH |
