NASB	2 Corinthians 3:7 ¶ But if the ministry of death, in letters engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the sons of Israel could not look intently at the face of Moses because of the glory of his face, fading as it was,
AMPLIFIED 2015	2 Corinthians 3:7 ¶ Now if the ministry of death, engraved in letters on stones [the covenant of the Law which led to death because of sin], came with such glory and splendor that the Israelites were not able to look steadily at the face of Moses because of its glory, [a brilliance] that was fading, [Ex 34:29-35]

Bible Question: One more Question. How is it that the face of Moses shine? Was it literal or is spiritual talking?

Bible Answer: Greetings NewWine!

2 Cor. 3:7,13 and Exodus 34:30,33,35 help us to believe that Moses' face literally shone and gave off a radiance after he spoke with God.

However, one could just as easily say that his spirit "shone" as well, since Moses had such a close relationship with God! (Num. 12:3; 14:5; 16:4; Deut. 34:10)
