Read these passages to see the events that led up to his prison time: -The jail in ancient Philippi (Acts 16:12-40) ... at least 1 day/night -The prison in Caesarea Maritima (Acts 22:1-26:32) ... about 2 years -The Mamertine prison in Rome (Acts 27:1-28:31) ... Bible doesn't say. Some think 3 years. Also read what Paul wrote in Colossians, Philemon, Ephesians, and Philippians from Rome.
